Who we are
Welcome. I'm Naomi, founder of Omi Nai Wellness.
My path hasn't simply been one of learning healing practices; it has been one of living them.
There was a time in my life where I understood what it felt like to live disconnected from myself. Through years of deep inner work, self-awareness, accountability and an unwavering commitment to meeting every part of myself with honesty, I discovered something profound:
Healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the conditioning, the pain and the stories you've carried.
Today, it is an honour to hold space for others to experience that same remembering.
My work is rooted in presence, intention and deep listening. I weave together intuitive bodywork, energy healing, shamanic practices, drum journeys and nervous system support to help you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. Every session is unique because no two people carry the same experiences, and I trust your body to lead us towards what is ready to be seen, felt and released.
I don't believe healing is something that is done to you.
I believe it is something that unfolds through you when you are held in a space that feels safe enough to soften.
Everything I offer is guided by the understanding that the body remembers what the mind often cannot. By creating a grounded, compassionate and intentional space, I support you in gently peeling back the layers that no longer serve you, allowing greater clarity, freedom and coherence to emerge.
My commitment to this work extends far beyond the sessions themselves. I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing learning, personal development and devotion to walking the path I invite others to walk. I believe integrity begins with doing our own work, and it is from that place that I hold space for others.
Whether you come to me for bodywork, energy healing, ceremony or a deeper journey of self-discovery, my intention remains the same:
To offer a space where you feel deeply seen, held and gently guided back home to yourself.
There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to become.
Only a remembering of who you were before life taught you to forget.
If something within these words resonates with you, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey home.
